The high-quality Circular Barbells from the Titan Highline® collection are shaped like a horseshoe. All threads in our jewelry collections are standardized, allowing you to mix and match rings, balls, barbells, and attachments. They are suitable for a wide variety of piercings and are absolutely timeless – a true piercing classic.

Circular barbells in gauges 1.2 mm and 1.6 mm are externally threaded, meaning the balls are screwed onto the external thread of the bar. All barbells from 2.0 mm gauge upwards are internally threaded, meaning the balls are screwed into the internal thread of the bar.

Ball sizes depend on the gauge and inner diameter of the ring and are supplied as follows:

Ball sizes:

Gauge 1.2 mm:

• Diameter 5.0 – 10.0 mm & 12.0 mm = 3.0 mm balls
• Diameter 10.0 & 12.0 mm = also available with 4.0 mm balls

Gauge 1.6 mm:

• Diameter 6.0 – 8.0 mm = 3.0 mm balls
• Diameter 7.0 – 10.0 mm = 4.0 mm balls
• Diameter 13.0 – 15.0 mm = 5.0 mm balls

Gauge 2.0 mm:

• Diameter 10.0 mm = 5.0 & 6.0 mm balls

Gauge 2.4 mm:

• Diameter 10.0, 13.0 & 16.0 mm = 6.0 mm balls

Gauge 3.0 mm:

• Diameter 10.0, 13.0, 15.0, 19.0, 22.0 & 25.0 mm = 6.0 mm balls

Gauge 4.0 mm:

• Diameter 13.0 mm = 6.0 mm balls
• Diameter 15.0, 19.0, 22.0 & 25.0 mm = 8.0 mm balls

Gauge 5.0 mm:

• Diameter 15.0, 19.0, 22.0 & 25.0 mm = 8.0 mm balls

Gauge 6.0 mm:

• Diameter 13.0, 15.0, 19.0, 22.0 & 25.0 mm = 10.0 mm balls

Gauge 8.0 mm:

• Diameter 13.0, 15.0, 19.0, 22.0 & 25.0 mm = 12.0 mm balls

Note: Balls are included in the delivery. If you need replacement balls, you can find them under item codes TTB (up to 1.6 mm gauge) and XEB (from 2.0 mm gauge). Please make sure to check the thread type as well as ball and thread size.
