KIT Titan Blackline® Internally Threaded Barbell

The high-quality processed barbells of the Titan Blackline® feature removable balls on both ends (a barbell consists of one bar and two balls). All threads in our jewellery collections are standardised, allowing you to mix and match rings, balls, bars, and attachments easily!

These barbells are internally threaded, meaning the balls are screwed into the internal thread of the bar. This makes insertion into the piercing channel especially easy and gentle.

The Titan Highline® internally threaded barbells are available in the following size combinations:

Thickness: 1.6 mm

• Bar lengths: 10.0, 13.0, 14.0 mm

• Balls: 5.0 mm

Thickness: 2.0 mm

• Bar lengths: 12.0, 14.0, 16.0 mm

• Balls: 5.0 mm

Thickness: 2.4 mm

• Bar lengths: 26.0, 28.0, 30.0, 32.0, 34.0 mm

• Balls: 6.0 mm

During the coating of our piercing jewellery using the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) system, a thin and abrasion-resistant layer is applied to the jewellery. This coating wraps around the titanium like a shell without the need for an additional bonding layer. The advantage of this colouring method for our jewellery in black (Titan Blackline®) and gold (Titan Zirconline®) is that the properties of the underlying titanium remain unaffected. Biocompatibility is also assured, as this method is widely used in the medical industry (e.g. for implants).

All basics of the Titan Blackline® are autoclavable and completely safe for allergy sufferers due to the skin-friendly material.

This item is also available in Titan Highline® (XIT) and Titan Zirconline® (GIT). Please note that availability may vary depending on the size! If the piercing jewellery you want is not available in your desired bar length or thickness in the Titan Blackline® or Titan Zirconline®, we can apply the respective PVD coating for you afterwards.
