The barbells of the Steel Highline® have unscrewable balls at both ends. By the way, all threads in our jewellery collections are standardised so that you can combine rings, balls, bars and attachments with each other! The barbells are internally threaded – the balls are screwed onto the external thread of the bar.
All basics of the Titan Basicline® can be sterilised in an autoclave and are absolutely safe for allergy sufferers due to the skin-friendly nature of the material. This article is also available in Titan Blackline® (KBL), Titan Zirconline® (GBL) and in Titan Basicline® (IYBB).
Note: You can find the matching replacement balls for the barbell in the Steel Highline®, for example, under the article designation XEB!
